Impex Staff

• Prepare and process import and export documents accurately and on time
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, PEZA and other governement agencies regarding shipment requirements and status
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments to enusre timely delivery and release of material
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading and permits
• Assist in processing PEZA, BOC and othe regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain and update records of import and export transactions and related documents
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, production and accounting departments regarding shipment, schedules and concerns
• Monitor Shipment costs and assist in checking billing and logistic charges
• Prepare reports related to import and export activities as required by ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to importation and importationPerform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Graduate of Custom Administration, Business Administration, Logistics or any related course
• with experience in import and export processing is an advantage
