About the role

F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an experienced IMPEX Staff to join our team in Santo Tomas City Batangas. This full-time position is responsible for handling the company's import and export operations, ensuring seamless logistical support and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to facilitate the import and export of goods
2. Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping paperwork
3. Ensure timely clearance of goods through customs and adherence to all import/export regulations
4. Maintain accurate records and inventory of imported and exported materials
5. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise transportation and distribution of goods
6. Assist in the development and implementation of import/export strategies and procedures
7. Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on import/export-related matters

What we're looking for

1. Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field.
2. With at least 2–3 years of experience in Import/Export (IMPEX) operations.
3. Knowledge of PEZA rules, regulations, and documentation is an advantage.
4. Familiar with import/export documents and shipping procedures.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Familiarity with the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industries is an advantage.
