About the position: We are looking for an Implementation & Integration Specialist to join our Integration team to support our clients (large global companies) to integrate goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS solutions.

The consultant will lead worldwide integration projects of goFLUENT products. You will be in charge of the projects from the definition phase, execution, test, and deployment of the solution.

What you'll do:

• Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients.
• Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with Single Sign On integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc) whenever needed.
• Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment.
• Support clients internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations
• Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization.

What you'll need:

• Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience.
• Problem-solving approach and detail oriented.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Perfectly fluent in English.

Good to have:

• Experience with LMS or LXPs administration / integrations
• Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
• Understanding & Knowledge in APIs, technical documentation and coding are a plus.
• Other european languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish are a plus.

Working conditions:

• Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for half of the year, and from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. for the other half.
• One day of remote work per week is granted after three months.
