Implementation and Technical Engineer

• Take training in Freshworks products

• Attend partner training and certifications

• Attend to the technical concerns of the client regarding the related products

• Provide a solution to the client's technical concerns

• Conduct user training on how to use the product

• Implement the business requirements and use cases of the client

• Implement the solutions project

Skills Needed

• Experience working with software development, SaaS, cloud, CRM, ITSM, or other technology projects.
• Experience managing projects for local and/or international clients.
• Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
• Must understand the trade-offs between time, cost, quality, and scope.
• At least 2 years of working experience is required.

Requirements

• This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).

• Minimum of 2 weeks onsite training

• Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.

• Have a stable Internet connection.

• Have a space that is not noisy.

• Residing in Metro Manila
