Location: Farnborough, Hampshire – hybrid/remote first - some requirement for head office and customer site visits

Working hours: Full time

The Role

As an Implementation and Training consultant, you will offer first class service and support to PASS customers as they take their journey adopting our software solutions. As part of our PASS Project Management and Training Team, you will support customers from post-sale through to successful implementation. Providing high standard training and consultancy you will ensure our customers see value in our product and service offering and drive change to digital adoption in care provision.

This is not a passive support role. We want someone who brings fresh thinking to how implementations are run, particularly someone who uses AI tools deliberately and creatively to improve the speed, consistency and quality of customer onboarding. If you have already built prompts, workflows or assistants that make implementation smarter, we want to hear about it.

What you will do

Customer Onboarding and Implementation

• First contact point, post-sale, to new PASS customers
• Own a portfolio of new customer implementations from contract close to go-live, managing timelines, milestones and customer expectations throughout
• Manage implementation risks and blockers to resolution, escalating where needed with a clear plan
• Create project plans with key actions to drive an implementation date
• Drive customer happiness results

Training Delivery

• Deliver role-appropriate remote training to schedulers, managers and care workers, not a single walkthrough, but structured sessions tailored to each audience
• Support development and maintenance of training materials
• Ensure customers can evidence confidence in the platform before go-live

AI Augmented Delivery

• Identify and share opportunities where AI can improve implementation quality, reduce duplication or create more consistent customer experiences
• Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work, whether that's drafting customer communications, summarising implementation status, or creating training content

What we are looking for

Essential

• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in a professional context
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Ability to collaborate with others and to build trusted relationships

Desirable

• Knowledge of the UK care sector
• Experience delivering remote software training to non-technical users
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
