We’re hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant (CPQ) to lead enterprise‑scale projects end‑to‑end, partner closely with customers and delivery teams, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, integrations, and solution design.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑quality CPQ implementations that meet client satisfaction, timelines, and technical standards
• Run discovery workshops with customers and partners, translating requirements into robust solution designs
• Create user stories, estimates, and structured implementation plans
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Professional Services capability
• Coach and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation

What You Bring

• 5+ years leading large‑scale CPQ implementations
• Deep ERP manufacturing expertise (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
• Strong capability in solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations
• Hands‑on experience with CPQ platforms such as PROS, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Infor CPQ, or equivalent
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, BC, CE, AX, NAV, Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, OData queries, and advanced Excel
• Ability to excel in customer‑facing environments and collaborate across cultures
• Strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset
• Ability to work with abstract and generic models
• Commitment to teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration

Preferred

• English fluency
• Dutch or French language skills (advantage if based near NL/BE)
