Infor CSI Implementation Consultant

We are working with a leading Infor consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Infor CSI Implementation Consultant to their team. This consultant will work directly with manufacturing clients on Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

The ideal person will have strong hands-on CSI experience and be comfortable working directly with clients across both functional requirements and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Infor CSI/SyteLine implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support
• Work directly with clients to understand business processes and translate requirements into CSI solutions
• Configure and optimize CSI across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, production, and/or finance
• Conduct discovery sessions, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training, and documentation
• Support data migration, integrations, system testing, cutover, and go-live activities
• Identify opportunities to improve existing CSI configurations and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with development resources when needed
• Work closely with project managers, developers, client stakeholders, and other consultants
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support and optimization
• Travel to client sites as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Infor CSI/SyteLine experience
• Experience working for an Infor/ERP consulting firm or implementation partner preferred
• Proven experience participating in or leading CSI/SyteLine implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
