Implementation Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to support our ERP Leads and IT Project Managers in driving complex systems implementation and integration projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, write technical assessments, perform risk management, and ensure cross-functional IT teams deliver key project milestones on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation Support: Support ERP Leads and IT Project Managers throughout full-cycle implementation and systems integration initiatives.
• Technical Assessments & Gateways: Write technical assessments, project decision papers, and presentations for project gate reviews.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams (Developers, QA, Middleware, Security, etc.) to keep required actions and deliverables on track.
• Requirement Translation: Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Risk & Adaptability Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, mitigate bottlenecks, and adapt effectively to shifting project requirements or new technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing and delivering complex technical or IT projects.
• ERP Domain Expertise: Direct experience in ERP implementations, with strong preference for SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• E-Invoicing Knowledge (Bonus): Prior experience with electronic invoicing solutions (e.g., EDICOM Advantage) is preferred but not required.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail and risk identification.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface between business units and technical teams.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
