Implementation Consultant, UKG Ready (Temporary Contract)

Rebel Hotel Company (32 hotels, 6 states, ~3,000 employees) is migrating to UKG Ready and seeks a temporary contract consultant to support configuration, go-live, and stabilization. We're going live, and need a consultant who knows the platform cold and genuinely enjoys getting people unstuck.

What You'll Own

• Advanced UKG Ready configuration and HR Actions that make the system work the way we actually work
• The ATS/Recruitment module (AI features included), learning environment, and user environment — plus sharpening our job descriptions along the way
• LOA tracking that keeps us compliant and workers' comp audit reporting that keeps us ready
• The UKG ticket queue, account unlocks, and system notifications — small fixes, big goodwill
• Walkthroughs and on-site training at our hotels; teaching people to pull their own reports is the win condition
• Shepherding milestone sign-offs across the finish line

Who You Are

• 3+ years hands-on with UKG Ready implementation or administration — multi-location experience is a big plus
• A configurator, a troubleshooter, and a teacher, all in one
• Someone who'd rather show a front-desk manager how to run a report than run it for them
• Happy to hit the road when a property needs you in person
