Implementation Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to coordinate and execute the successful implementation of Teletrac Navman solutions, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within defined service expectations. You will help us in our mission to solve our customers' problems.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:

·       Coordinating installation activities and managing end-to-end implementation workflows

·       Creating and maintaining accurate work orders, ensuring customer and asset data integrity

·       Scheduling and coordination of installers in line with availability and job requirements

·       Monitoring installation progress and proactively managing delays, rebooking’s, and issues

·       Communicating with customers, contractors, installers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

·       Identifying and escalating at-risk or complex jobs while contributing to continuous process improvement

Experience with GPS or fleet technology is advantageous, but not essential.
