Key Responsibilities

• Implement MRTM solutions at customer sites and support deployment activities.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, and validation activities.
• Perform application implementation, configuration, upgrades, and production rollout activities.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Manage support incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
• Schedule, generate, and deliver campaign, operational, and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Ensure campaigns are executed as planned and meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Design, configure, validate, and optimize campaigns and reports based on client business needs.
• Lead campaign implementation and quality assurance activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to solution design, implementation planning, and project execution activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members as required.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across business and IT functions.
• Identify opportunities for system, process, and operational improvements and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and promptly report incidents, hazards, or workplace concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in application implementation, production support, and customer-facing delivery environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, VoltDB, and SingleStore.
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows system administration.
• Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, XML, JSON, SMPP, REST APIs, and scripting technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience working with ELK Stack for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work directly with customers and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Telecom, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Technology domains will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant technical certifications in Cloud, DevOps, Linux, Kubernetes, or Database technologies will be considered an advantage.
