Implementation Engineer

Specialisation: Installation & Services

Location: Kortrijk

Let's talk business

• Ready to take on the world? Because in this role you’ll implement MES systems at our customers in the plastics and textile industry worldwide. This includes both new installations as implementing upgrades.
• You'll be prepping installations and fine-tuning applications to ensure a smooth installation at the customer.
• You’ll install and configure the software on-site, taking into account the specific needs of the customer. You’ll be a guru to our customers: you’ll guide, train and support them when they start using our systems.
• You will be part of a larger worldwide team but in this role your colleagues from the Installation and Service team and the Development team will be your work besties.
• When you're not out in the field, you'll be the go-to guy or girl for our HQ, providing top-notch remote support to our customers. It's your change to dive into challenges, solve issues, and keep things running smoothly.

Let's talk you

• You hold a Master's degree in ICT, NMCT, electronics or have an equivalent knowledge about MES gained through hands-on experience. We also offer technically skilled school leavers the opportunity to embark on an adventure with us.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus, just like basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems.
• You're open to the occasional trip abroad to connect with our customers and experience different cultures.
• As an autonomous, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant person, you thrive on finding solutions and delivering top-notch service. Fluent communication and killer teamwork skills are a must.
• You can express yourself practically in different languages. Fluency in English is a must, and you should be confident communicating in at least two additional languages to support our global customer base effectively.

Let's make an offer you can't refuse

• An international and innovative environment with a high-tech product range.
• An open working atmosphere with a flat organizational structure, helpful colleagues, accessible managers, and direct access to decision-makers.
• Internal and external training opportunities. We’ve got your back.
• You are ambitious and would like to grow in your role? We offer you actual advancement and development opportunities.
• Autonomy and room for initiative. We love passionate people filled with energy and curiosity.
• We believe in a positive work atmosphere: you'll have time to unwind during breaks (walk along the river, play ping pong, foosball or darts), and we regularly organize fun moments at the office.
• Work-life balance is very important to us: you have 32 vacation days and the possibility to partially work from home.
• And of course an attractive salary with lots of fringe benefits (meal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, paid internet connection at home, laptop, possibility of company car and bike lease).

Apply now! Are you interested? Fill out the form below or contact us via [email protected]. Your application will be treated in strict confidence and answered promptly.
