At Blitz IT Consultants , we specialize in core banking solutions, SWIFT, and Financial Crime/AML platforms for over 150 financial institutions across 10 countries.

We are expanding our Hanoi team and looking for an Implementation Engineer (Fintech & Banking Systems) to take ownership of hands-on deployment and technical delivery.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software deployment, system integration, or technical delivery (Fintech, Banking, or Enterprise IT is a big plus).
• Core Technical Stack: Solid working proficiency with Linux/Windows Server and relational databases (SQL, Oracle, or MSSQL); Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment flows. Practical understanding of data integration/ETL, middleware, and networking basics (SSL/TLS, SSO).
• Tech Curiosity & AI Adaptability: Openness to leveraging AI tools responsibly to streamline debugging, scripts, and documentation while maintaining enterprise security.
• Language: Professional working English to collaborate with cross-border partners and regional teams.

Nice to have (Not mandatory): Experience with messaging queues (Kafka / IBM MQ), app servers (Tomcat/WebLogic), or AML/Compliance domains.
