Job Description
We are Looking for a Customer Support Implementation with hands-on experience in HRMS product support and IT support services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving client queries, managing technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of HRMS applications while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Resolve issues related to product usage, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, sales) for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

- Assist in end-to-end implementation of software/products for new clients
- Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and user training
- Gather client requirements and support configuration/customization
