Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of new projects, customers, and operational processes in the container depot.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and required resources to ensure project readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Yard, Transport, Engineering, IT, Finance, and other related departments during the implementation process.
• Conduct operational assessments and identify required manpower, equipment, infrastructure, systems, and process requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure new operations and processes are implemented according to agreed SOP, quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Prepare project progress reports, implementation updates, and recommendations for management.
• Support the transition from project implementation to regular daily operations.
• Maintain good communication with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, implementation, logistics, or related industries.
• Experience in container depot, terminal, logistics, transportation, or supply chain is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes, capacity planning, manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple departments and manage projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
