Implementation Manager

Viresco is looking for an Implementation Manager who can lead projects from planning through completion, coordinate teams, and help ensure successful delivery of company initiatives.

Successful implementation requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to bring people, processes, and resources together. The Implementation Manager will help turn plans into action while ensuring projects stay aligned with goals, timelines, and expectations.

What you'll be responsible for

• Manage implementation projects from initial planning through completion
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, resources, and project milestones
• Work with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Identify project risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Track progress and provide updates to leadership and project teams
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and process records
• Support onboarding, deployment, and operational transitions
• Help improve workflows, systems, and implementation processes
• Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are completed
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep initiatives moving

What we're looking for

• Experience in implementation, project management, operations, client delivery, or process improvement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with project management tools and business systems is helpful
• Industry-specific experience is helpful, but not required

You don't have to come from the same industry.

Someone who has managed implementations, client launches, operational projects, system rollouts, business improvements, or complex service deliveries may already have many of the skills needed for this role.

We're looking for someone who can take ideas and plans and turn them into organized, successful outcomes through strong coordination, communication, and execution.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
