Implementation Manager – ERP / MRP

Sydney or Melbourne | On-site | Up to $160k + super

An established technology business is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead ERP/MRP implementations within its growing manufacturing software division.

The role:

• Manage end-to-end software implementations, from discovery through to go-live.
• Lead customer workshops, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Oversee project delivery, system configuration, integrations and data migration.
• Support technical presales, scoping and solution demonstrations.
• Develop implementation processes and help build a growing delivery function.

About you:

• Experience delivering ERP/MRP or manufacturing software implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• A combination of technical, project management and customer-facing skills.
• Experience managing implementations from scoping through to deployment.
