Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the implementation journey for complex customer engagements, guiding technical integrations from discovery through post-launch handoff. You will partner closely with sales, operations, and customer stakeholders to scope requirements, mitigate risk, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience. The position also calls for strong technical judgment, structured communication, and the ability to translate complex integration needs into practical solutions.

You will serve as a subject matter expert on configuration, testing, and implementation best practices while helping improve product fit through direct feedback from customer launches.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration for customers of varying sizes
• Conduct comprehensive discovery and document implementation requirements
• Research and provide unique solutions for complex technical integrations
• Become a product specialist and support configuration and processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Collaborate with sales on pre-sales and scoping discussions
• Suggest product features based on implementation feedback
• Coordinate details with operations during post-launch handoff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation
• Strong background working with high-stakes accounts and C-suite stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and adaptability skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in data validation, unit testing, and UAT
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
