Implementation Manager

Own the onboarding and implementation of new Siteaware customers and projects.

Lead training, support field adoption, and act as a change agent to help teams successfully integrate Siteaware into their daily work. Continuously improve our onboarding process, tools, and materials.

Here’s what you’ll be taking on:

●       Lead end-to-end implementation of Siteaware across new customers and projects.

●       Lead training and enablement to drive adoption across General Contractor and Trade teams.

●       Track onboarding and account health to improve processes and customer experience.

You Are:

●       A bachelor’s degree holder in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

●       Experienced with 4+ years in construction project management, site engineering, or field

operations

●       Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and challenges

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll work directly with clients and internal

teams

●       A strong problem solver who is adaptable and comfortable in a startup environment

●       Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologies

●       A confident presenter, capable of designing and executing customer rollout strategies
