Implementation Manager

We're Hiring: Implementation Manager – Wireless / Telecommunications

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Implementation Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation and delivery of wireless telecommunications projects. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, technical deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has experience in wireless project implementation, construction management, and project delivery, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Management: Lead and oversee multiple wireless projects from planning and design through site surveys, installation, testing, and final handover.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop implementation plans, schedules, and workflows; monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Wireless Solution Implementation: Coordinate and execute wireless implementation strategies and delivery solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Scope and Change Management: Manage implementation scope, evaluate changes, coordinate resources, and ensure all deliverables meet agreed requirements.
• Budget and Cost Control: Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, manage costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential implementation risks, resolve project issues, and develop mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Quality and EHS Compliance: Ensure implementation activities comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Project Governance and Reporting: Establish reporting mechanisms, track key performance indicators, and provide regular progress updates to management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, survey, construction, installation, testing, and other project teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective client communication, manage expectations, address concerns, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Bid and Construction Coordination: Support bid-related activities and coordinate construction and implementation requirements to ensure project readiness and successful delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in wireless implementation, telecommunications project management, or a related technical project delivery role.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management or telecommunications certifications is highly preferred.
• Experience in wireless project implementation, bid management, and construction management.
• Knowledge of wireless project delivery processes, including design, site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
