Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, complete order intake documentation, and secure all necessary approvals prior to kicking off project implementation.
• Coordinate the full implementation and delivery of products and services, ensuring all projects meet contractual agreements, stay within budget, and are delivered on the committed dates.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers regarding installations and technical appointments, proactively managing communications and resolving any escalations.
• Manage the purchasing and delivery of necessary equipment and services, while maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and onboarding new vendors.
• Oversee project execution and potential changes in close coordination with NOC and IP Engineers, actively analyzing and mitigating project risks.
• Coordinate comprehensive service testing upon delivery and ensure a smooth, formal handover of completed projects to Finance, Customer Service, and NOC teams.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate project records by routinely updating internal systems (LPD, REQ, Share Drive) and archiving all digital and hard-copy documentation according to CITIC standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate project reports for all stakeholders, sustain project KPIs, and ensure documentation supports the timely payment of implemented services.
• Provide administrative pre-sales and post-sales support for all CITIC Telecom CPC products, strictly adhering to internal procedures and rules.
• Maintain a strong, up-to-date understanding of company services and industry developments to continuously enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any area related to IT or Telecommunications.
• 3 years' experience as a project manager in the Telecom/IT industry.
• Relevant experience in the implementation field within an IT/telecommunication company.
• Project management certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in cloud implementation/migration projects.
• Good understanding of products and services in the field of ICT/Telecommunications.
• Native in Estonian, fluent in English; Russian is preferred.
