Implementation PMO/ Program Manager

About the role

This is a contract position (1 year extendable) based in Singapore. The role requires strong business-side program management experience rather than a predominantly technology-focused background, with a focus on consumer banking and card products. You will drive implementation across regional markets, coordinate across CPP and Fraud teams, and track progress against the Card Authorisation TOM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large, complex, technology-driven programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive communication

About you

• 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or project management within fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology

• Consumer banking experience, preferably with regional stakeholder management experience

• Working knowledge of card products, preferably in card authorisation and fraud-related processes

• Proven track record managing large, complex, technology-driven programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Good understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems within financial institutions

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical delivery to business outcomes

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments across APAC markets

• Experience working with data-driven or machine-learning platforms is strongly preferred

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus

• Right to work in Singapore required

• Availability to commence at short notice preferred
