Implementation Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

In this remote role, you will lead the execution of customer implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations are clearly managed. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive successful outcomes, support process improvement, and strengthen customer relationships across global markets. This position is well suited for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys balancing detailed execution with strong communication and collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple global projects simultaneously to ensure timely implementation
• Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project life cycle
• Build relationships at all levels to understand customer needs
• Promote continuous process improvement within teams
• Create implementation level of effort estimates and Statements of Work
• Provide comprehensive updates to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and enhance customer value

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with Fortune 500 clients
• PMP certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on satisfaction
• Experience in network security preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred
