About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the rollout of digital health solutions across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organisations.

In this client-facing role, you'll manage multiple implementation projects at once and be the main point of contact for customers from kick-off through to adoption. You'll join an established team and receive full training on the company's products, systems, and implementation processes.

Monday to Friday

6 am to 3 pm PHT

What You'll Do

Project Management

• Present solutions and implementation plans to clients and healthcare stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate rollouts across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations
• Lead kick-off meetings and regular check-ins to keep stakeholders aligned
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks to deliver on time and within budget
• Maintain project plans, Gantt charts, risk registers, and documentation

Customer Relationship & Success

• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout each project
• Build strong client relationships and resolve project-related issues
• Provide regular updates on milestones and changes
• Help customers get the most out of the solutions and spot opportunities for improvement

Customer Support

• Respond quickly to user feedback and issues via email, phone, or online meetings
• Work with internal teams and developers to resolve problems and keep projects on track

Training & Troubleshooting

• Become an expert in the company's software, including third-party integrations
• Coordinate onboarding and deliver training and demos to users
• Follow up with specialists, administrators, and practice managers with extra support as needed

Product Development Support

• Share user feedback with the development team to guide improvements
• Help map new features and workflows in Miro or Figma
• Test new features for functionality and usability
• Create training materials and induction packages for customers

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing implementation projects, ideally involving software for hospitals or healthcare organisations
• Experience working directly with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers
• Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare industry standards, and IT system implementations
• Strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn new systems

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification
• Experience implementing digital health platforms or clinical systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Jira, Miro, or Figma
