FTR Sourcing Corporation

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally organized and dependable Implementation Project Manager to join our team to work with our client’s team of a growing U.S.-based software and mobile apps company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following clear processes, managing multiple projects at once, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will manage the implementation of mobile applications for clients across North America, taking ownership of projects from the time a sale is completed through the successful launch of the client's app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This is not a software development role. You do not need to be a developer.
Your job is to keep projects moving.
You will coordinate with clients, designers, developers, QA, and internal teams while working closely with a U.S.-based Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will handle much of the client strategy and relationship management, while you will take ownership of project execution.
What You'll Be Doing
You will:

Manage approximately 10–20 implementation projects simultaneously

Coordinate projects from kickoff through successful app launch

Maintain project timelines, tasks, documentation, and deadlines

Keep designers, developers, QA, and other team members aligned

Track project progress and identify potential blockers before they become problems

Coordinate design reviews, development tasks, QA, app-store submissions, and launch activities

Follow established implementation processes and procedures

Make sure documentation is accurate and complete

Provide clear project updates to internal teams and the Customer Success Manager

Escalate risks and delays early

Follow up on outstanding tasks without needing constant reminders

Make sure projects continue moving forward and nothing gets overlooked

Who We're Looking For
We're less concerned about having the perfect job title on your résumé and more interested in how you work.
You may be a strong fit if people describe you as:

Extremely organized

Detail-oriented

Reliable and accountable

Process-driven

Calm under pressure

Proactive

Coachable

Excellent at following through

Someone who rarely loses track of tasks or deadlines

Someone who gets things done without needing constant reminders

You should be comfortable managing many moving pieces at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What You'll Need

Excellent written and spoken English

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong follow-through and personal accountability

Ability to learn and consistently follow documented processes

Professional communication skills

Comfort working with technology and learning new software

Ability to work independently while keeping your team informed

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time hours

Experience We're Interested In

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

Software implementation

Mobile applications

Project coordination or project management

QA processes

Figma

Notion

Monday.com

Slack

Google Workspace

Formal Project Manager experience is valuable, but it is not an absolute requirement for an exceptional candidate.
If you've been the person on your team who keeps projects organized, follows up when something hasn't been completed, maintains the process, and makes sure everyone knows what needs to happen next, we want to hear from you.
AI & Technology
We want someone who is comfortable using modern AI tools as part of their everyday workflow.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is a plus.
You should be comfortable using AI to help summarize information, organize work, improve communication, and increase productivity.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't simply about completing a checklist.
It means knowing the status of your projects.
It means noticing when something is falling behind.
It means following up before someone has to remind you.
And it means making sure that when you are responsible for something, it gets done.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person the team can rely on to keep projects organized and moving forward.

We want to understand how you actually organize your work.
