Job Title: Implementation Scheduling Coordinator

Monthly Pay: $11,000 - $11,800 USD per month

Summary:

Help organize remote implementation launches for policy, coverage, billing, or benefits-plan workflows. This full-time Virginia role supports project leads with schedules, readiness details, and handoffs among agencies, carrier contacts, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review weekly launch calendars, milestones, and outstanding setup items.

• Coordinate meeting times with agencies, carrier contacts, and project leads.

• Update implementation trackers with dependencies, decisions, and target dates.

• Follow up on missing enrollment, billing, or policy-change details before handoffs.

• Prepare Friday status recaps and flag timeline risks for project leads.

Qualifications:

• Scheduling or coordination experience from school, work, or internships.

• Ability to update project trackers, milestones, and dependency details accurately.

• Comfort working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, shared documents, and virtual meeting tools.

• Interest in policy, coverage, billing, enrollment, or account setup.
