• Identification and mitigation of project risks and dependencies.
• Quality execution of standard and non-standard testing activities.
• Customer satisfaction and stakeholder management.
• Adherence to delivery, quality, and compliance standards.

Degrees or Certifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Engineering

• Business Administration

• Finance

• Related field

• Preferred Certifications:

• PMP / CAPM

• Scrum Master Certification

• Agile Certification

• Payments or Banking Domain Certifications

Disqualifiers

• Less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• No exposure to Payments, Banking, FinTech, or Payment Network environments.
• Limited Project Management or Technical Delivery experience.
• Lack of customer-facing experience.
• Poor communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Inability to manage changing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
