Implementation Specialist

Role Description The Implementation Specialist at Empleos con Propósito will support clients through the full software onboarding and implementation process. In this part-time, remote role, the specialist will gather and analyze client requirements, configure and test software solutions, and coordinate implementation timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through product setup, providing clear instructions and documentation, resolving implementation issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment. The specialist will monitor client progress, follow up on open tasks, and work to optimize system use and client satisfaction post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, including configuring systems, testing functionality, and supporting deployment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills for client training and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Relevant experience in SaaS, technology, or process improvement roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfort with common business software tools and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
