Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to define processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Support ServiceNow implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Prepare business requirements and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow processes and implementation.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
