Implementation Specialist

Role Description The Implementation Specialist at مختبر قطرة الحياة للخدمات البيئية – qatratalhayah will be responsible for coordinating and executing software and service implementations for clients in the environmental services sector. This part-time, remote role involves gathering client requirements, configuring solutions, supporting testing, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. The specialist will provide clear documentation, deliver user training sessions, and offer ongoing post-implementation support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project progress, resolving implementation-related issues, collaborating with technical and operations teams, and communicating regularly with clients to manage expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, analyze data, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, including configuring systems, supporting testing, and assisting with deployment and user onboarding.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to convey technical information clearly, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship management, and solution-oriented support.
• Candidates should have familiarity with environmental services or laboratory operations, or a willingness to learn domain-specific processes.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple implementations in a part-time, remote setting.
• Candidates should have proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
• A relevant diploma or degree in information technology, engineering, environmental science, or a related field is beneficial, along with prior experience in an implementation, support, or operations role.
