Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and configure HRMS & CRM applications accordingly.
• Support end-to-end software implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business processes and provide suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Provide functional and technical support to customers through calls, emails, and support tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal development and technical teams for complex issues and enhancements.
• Perform system testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain implementation documents, configuration details, and customer records.
• Monitor customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Assist customers with HRMS modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management, and Reports.
• Support CRM functions such as Lead Management, Customer Management, Follow-ups, Sales Pipeline, and Reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer requirements and recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Software Support, HRMS/CRM Implementation, Application Support, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of HRMS and/or CRM business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and understand their requirements.
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or software troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Willingness to learn new software products and business processes.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
