Scope of Project

The Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DMH-DDD), is implementing ConneXion, a new web-based Case and Financial Management System that will replace aging legacy systems and manual processes.

The Implementation Support Manager will support the DMH Project Team and ISS Project Manager by coordinating day-to-day Implementation Support Services (ISS) activities, cross-vendor collaboration, readiness tasks, repository coordination, and governance preparation. The role will help ensure alignment with State objectives, project schedules, and deliverable expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the DMH Project Team and ISS Project Manager with day-to-day ISS coordination.
• Coordinate activities and communication across project stakeholders and vendors.
• Support project readiness activities and track associated tasks, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate project repository activities and maintain organized project documentation.
• Assist with governance meeting preparation, documentation routing, and follow-up activities.
• Support issue tracking, risk escalation, and project status reporting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and/or coordinate Waterfall or Hybrid phase-gate activities.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and action items to support alignment with State objectives.
• Assist with coordination and preparation of project governance materials.
• Support implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in IT project coordination, Medicaid programs, or large-scale system implementation support.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and/or coordinating Waterfall or Hybrid phase-gate activities.
• Experience supporting governance preparation, documentation routing, issue tracking, and readiness activities is preferred.
