About the Role

We are looking for Implementation Tester to ensure Artajasa's services are successfully implemented, integrated, and operational within customer systems. This role is responsible for validating end-to-end service connectivity and transaction flows, identifying implementation issues, and coordinating with internal and customer technical teams to ensure services are ready for go-live and operate as expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of Artajasa services integrated with customer systems.
• Validate connectivity, configuration, interfaces, and transaction flows to ensure successful service integration.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on implementation requirements.
• Verify transaction processing and service functionality across customer and Artajasa systems.
• Identify, analyze, document, and follow up on implementation issues and test findings.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and customer technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Perform retesting and validation after configuration changes or issue resolution.
• Support pre-go-live testing, service readiness validation, and go-live activities.
• Perform post-go-live validation to ensure the service is operating properly in the customer environment.
• Prepare test results, implementation reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in software testing, system implementation, technical support, or a similar role are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, networking, and transaction flows.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with technical teams and customers.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or payment systems is an advantage.
