About the role

PT Ananta Makmur Perkasa is a company operating in the field of operational technology and data collection systems based on robotic machinery to support operational efficiency and real-time data monitoring. We are seeking active, communicative individuals ready to work directly in the field to ensure system implementation runs well at partner/company sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and provide guidance on system/machinery usage to partners in the field
• Provide training and education to partners regarding robotic machinery usage and data collection processes
• Serve as the main liaison between partners and internal company operations
• Ensure onboarding and implementation processes run smoothly according to SOP
• Conduct daily operational monitoring and ensure data runs properly
• Assist with initial troubleshooting and coordinate with technical team when issues arise
• Conduct periodic field visits to partner locations
• Create implementation reports, operational activity reports, and partner feedback
• Maintain good relationships with partners through responsive and professional communication

About you

• Minimum S1 education from any major
• Accustomed to working in the field and interacting directly with partners/customers
• Good communication skills and flexibility
• Quick, responsible, and have high initiative
• Able to provide training and explain system/tool usage well
• Able to work mobile and conduct business travel when needed (preferably have personal vehicle)
• Able to work in dynamic operational situations
• Good problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an added value
• Experience as: Operations Support, Field Implementor, Customer Success, Trainer Lapangan, Technical Support, or PIC Operational
