Import Analyst – Canada Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous, energetic, and organized Logistics Specialist to oversee FCL (Full Container Load) shipments encompassing Canadian import and export corridors. In this role, you will collaborate with an exceptional team to drive fluid cross-border workflows, manage precise shipping paperwork, and deliver exceptional support to our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, schedules, and carrier allocations for incoming and outgoing FCL freight connected to Canadian trade routes.
• Audit and generate essential shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Guarantee strict adherence to Canadian import/export laws, CBSA guidelines, and international trade policies.
• Maintain clear, constant communication with carriers, customs brokers, and clients regarding transit milestones, schedule cut-offs, and tracking updates.
• Oversee freight readiness, drayage coordination, drayage tracking, and terminal or door deliveries throughout Canada and global destinations.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on background in freight forwarding, specifically highlighting Canadian import and export logistics.
• Familiarity with CargoWise software is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional eye for detail and the capacity to thrive in a high-demand setting.
