What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in importation, customs compliance, logistics, or a related role is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance procedures, tariff classifications, and applicable customs and trade regulations.
- Familiarity with import permits, licenses, and coordination with government agencies such as the Bureau of Customs and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel and coordinate with government offices, customs brokers, and other external stakeholders as needed.
