Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Operations

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipments (air/sea/road).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Plan shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, insurance documents.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills for domestic and export-linked movements.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs Act, FEMA, GST, FTP, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle HS code classification, valuation, and duty structure.

EPCG & Export Incentive Schemes

• Handle EPCG license application, execution, and compliance.
• Track export obligations (EO) and maintain proper records.
• Manage export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, Advance Authorization (if applicable).
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities for audits and submissions.

Shipment Invoicing & Finance Coordination

• Prepare accurate export and import invoices as per INCOTERMS.
• Coordinate with finance/accounts for LCs, BGs, remittances, forex documentation, and bank submissions.
• Track shipment-wise costing and support cost optimization initiatives.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with suppliers, overseas customers, CHA, banks, and government bodies.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs issues efficiently.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain shipment-wise MIS for imports, exports, costs, duties, and incentives.
• Provide regular compliance and performance reports to management.
