IMPORT AND EXPORT ASSOCIATE

The Import & Export Associate is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of import and export shipments from origin to destination. The role ensures that shipments are properly booked, documented, tracked, and processed in coordination with suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle the end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments, including booking, consolidation, documentation, and shipment monitoring.
• Process and ensure completeness of all shipping and departure documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and address delays, discrepancies, and other shipment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and reports.
