1. Import GDs Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all Import GD operations.
• Prepare, review, and finalize Import Goods Declarations (GDs).
• Ensure accurate HS Code classification and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, and clients.
• Monitor clearance timelines and resolve customs-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs rules and regulations.
• Supervise the Import GD team and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Import Customs Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan Customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience with PSW (Pakistan Single Window) and WeBOC.
• Excellent GD declaration and documentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

2. Import GD Typist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate Import Goods Declarations (GDs).
• Enter customs declaration data in PSW and WeBOC.
• Verify import documents before filing.
• Coordinate with the Import Incharge for timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all import documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Import GD preparation.
• Good knowledge of Import Customs Clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in PSW and WeBOC software.
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
• Good understanding of customs documentation and declaration.

3. Export GDs Incharge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all Export GD operations and documentation.
• Review and approve Export Goods Declarations.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs export regulations.
• Coordinate with exporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Resolve export clearance issues and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Supervise the Export GD team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export Customs Clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Export documentation and customs procedures.
• Hands-on experience with PSW and WeBOC.
• Excellent GD declaration and customs compliance knowledge.
• Leadership and team management skills.

4. Export GD Typist

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Export Goods Declarations (GDs).
• Enter accurate export declaration data into PSW and WeBOC.
• Verify export documents before submission.
• Coordinate with the Export Incharge to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain proper records of export documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Customs Clearance.
• Good knowledge of Export GD preparation and customs procedures.
• Experience using PSW and WeBOC software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good understanding of customs documentation and declaration.
