ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute end-to-end import and export operations in compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.

2. Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices).

3. Handle customs clearance processes and ensure adherence to compliance protocols.

4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners to optimize shipping and supply chain processes.

5. Monitor and update internal records using logistics/ERP software and MS Office tools

6. Ensure accurate classification of goods and compliance with Incoterms.

7. Support the Finance Department in cost tracking, documentation audits, and trade-related financial Transactions

Competency Profile (behavioural & functional aspects)

1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

2. Prior experience in import-export operations and logistics is necessary.

3. Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and global shipping procedures.

4. Proficiency in shipping documentation, compliance protocols, Incoterms, and customs clearance

5. Experience in logistics management and coordination with freight forwarders.

6. Highly responsible, good teamwork and having no adverse record.
