Import & Logistics Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced Import Operations Executive with proven experience in import documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, domestic logistics, and warehouse coordination. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Import & Logistics Operations / 进口与物流运作

• Manage import logistics operations, including shipment coordination, import documentation, customs clearance, and communication with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and overseas suppliers.
  负责进口物流运作，包括货运协调、进口文件处理、报关清关，以及与货运代理、船公司及海外供应商沟通协调。
• Coordinate domestic logistics activities, including local transportation arrangements, delivery scheduling, transporter coordination, and ensuring timely shipment fulfilment.
  负责本地物流安排，包括运输安排、配送计划、运输商协调，确保货物按时交付。

Warehouse & Inventory Management / 仓库与库存管理

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
  监督日常仓库运作，包括收货、货物存储、库存控制、库存对账、周期盘点、库存准确率及库存流动管理。
• Monitor warehouse performance and work closely with third-party warehouse service providers to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
  监控仓库绩效，并与第三方仓储服务商紧密合作，以提升运营效率、库存准确率及成本控制。

Data Analysis & Supply Chain Support / 数据分析与供应链支持

• Analyse sales orders, inventory data, stock movement trends, and warehouse performance reports to support demand planning and business decisions.
  分析销售订单、库存数据、库存流动趋势及仓库绩效报告，为需求规划及业务决策提供支持。
• Maintain accurate import, inventory, and logistics records, and prepare regular operational reports for management review.
  维护准确的进口、库存及物流记录，并定期准备运营报告供管理层审核。

Cross-functional Coordination / 跨部门协调

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Headquarters teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and supply chain operations.
  与销售、客服、财务及总部团队协调，确保订单执行及供应链运作顺畅。
• Support supply chain planning, inventory optimisation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  协助供应链规划、库存优化及持续改善流程项目。
• Perform other operational and logistics-related duties assigned by management.
  执行管理层安排的其他运营及物流相关工作。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in import logistics, supply chain operations, warehouse management, or related fields.
  至少2–5年进口物流、供应链运营、仓库管理或相关领域工作经验。
• Hands-on experience in import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
  具备进出口文件处理、报关清关及货运协调经验。
• Experience in domestic logistics operations, including local delivery and transporter management.
  具备本地物流运作经验，包括本地配送及运输商管理。
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
  具备仓库运营、库存控制、库存对账及周期盘点经验。
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and operational data.
  具备良好的数据分析能力，能够分析库存及运营数据。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  熟练使用Microsoft Office，尤其是Excel数据分析及报告制作。
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
  具备SAP或ERP系统经验者优先。
• Chinese and English proficiency is required to communicate with overseas teams and local stakeholders.
  必须具备中文及英文沟通能力，以便与海外团队及本地相关人员协调。
