Import Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist Import Supervisor in monitoring and exportation of shipments.
• Check accuracy of shipping documents and coordinate corrections with concerned groups
• Monitor import shipment status with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and shipping line.
• Maintain and update import/export monitoring file

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
• With at least 2 years working experience in the related field
• Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in computation of duties/taxes and import operations.
