IMPORT ASSISTANT

Requirements

• BS Customs Administration
• Licensed Customs Broker
• With at least 1 year experience as Import Assistant
• Preferably can start ASAP
• Willing to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and resolve any import-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
• Support the import department in daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth import processes.
• Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for import activities.

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Construction company

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

SALARY: 20k 30k depending on experience
