📌 Role Responsibilities

• 📄 Prepare and verify import and export documents, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

• 🤝 Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and customs brokers.

• 📧 Track shipment status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• 💻 Update internal systems with shipment details, delivery information, and document records.
• ⏱️ Monitor shipping deadlines and follow up on pending documentation.
• 📊 Assist with preparing logistics reports and maintaining organized filing systems.
• 🔐 Handle commercial and shipping information with care and confidentiality.

🎯 Qualifications

• 🎓 Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 💼 Experience in import/export administration, logistics coordination, shipping, or documentation is an advantage.
• 📚 Basic understanding of shipping documents and international trade procedures.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• 📝 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
