Import Coordinator

Nobel Relocation is a full-service international moving and freight company specializing in household goods and personal effects. We are hiring an Import Coordinator to manage inbound shipments from booking through delivery.

What you will do

• Coordinate import shipments (ocean and air) for household goods and personal effects
• Prepare and review documents: bills of lading, packing lists, ISF, arrival notices, and customs packets
• Work with origin agents, carriers, customs brokers, and clients to keep shipments on schedule
• Track containers and vessels and update clients and the internal team
• Resolve documentation, hold, and delivery issues
• Enter and maintain shipment data in our system
• Support the sales and operations teams on quotes and transit questions

What you bring

• 1–3 years in import operations, freight forwarding, or household-goods moving
• Working knowledge of ocean import documents and basic customs requirements
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Comfort with email, Excel, and a shipment-tracking system
• Ability to manage multiple files at once and meet cut-offs
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
