We’re Hiring | Import Customer Service Executive
Location: Okhla Phase II, New Delhi
Experience:1–6 Years
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

salary upto - 40k
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily shipment status reports (DSR) and update customers.
Coordinate Delivery Orders (D/O) with shipping lines and customers.
Liaise with customs brokers for timely import clearance.
Verify import documents, including BL, Invoice and Packing List.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to resolve discrepancies.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with company SOPs
