Import Customer Service Representative-Aerospace

• Monitor and manage daily import shipment activities from pick‑up to final delivery.
• Ensure smooth cargo coordination and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with import regulations.
• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Customs, Brokerage, Operations, and other departments to meet client requirements.
• Maintain and update shipment trackers, KPIs, and service performance reports.
• Identify and escalate shipment issues or delays.
• Support process improvements by providing feedback and suggesting operational enhancements.
