Roles and Responsibilities:

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Enter data from customers manifest into Company operating system.
• Responsible for customer inquiries and issues via email and telephone.
• Always provide world class customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to effectively handle and manage tasks within specific time frames.
• Understands departmental and company policies and procedures, support processes.
• Follows oral and written instructions accurately.
• Effectively manages time and workflow to meet schedules.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Movement of cargo a plus
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience using office equipment including a scanner
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree encouraged but not required
