- Ensure compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules and import regulations.
- Monitor the status of import shipments and customs processing.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, clients, shipping lines, and other concerned parties.
- Assist in customs assessment, duties, taxes, and other import-related charges.
- Resolve discrepancies and documentation issues affecting shipment release.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and customs documents.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Perform other duties related to import and customs operations as assigned.
