What they need
QUALIFICATIONS
-Male or Female
-Maximum 35 years old
-Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMK), D3/S1 degree in any major (Management in Transportation, General Management, or Administration is preferred)
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Export Import, Freight Forwarding and Logistics
-Familiar with Export Import documents such as: Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Way Bill (AWB)
-Good English proficiency (Mandarin is a plus)
-Detail and target oriented, communicative, and has good administrative skills
-Interested and willing to learn about the Export Import industry
-Mastering basic Ms. Excel formulas such as: SUM, IF, Pivot Table and others
-Able to communicate and coordinate well with customers and vendors
-Able to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
